Hi again,
I saw the apt. today and it's the same one i saw last spring. The price has come down from
$575 to $499. At 950sf it's the biggest 1 br in the bldg. I saw on Natefind.com that other
lbr in the bldg sold for $450 but they're a little smaller. I need help negotiating. I don't
know what to offer. If you go to Corcoran.com or google 225 EAst 57th St. you can see it. I
can basically move in but the kitchen could use a reno. HELP!!!
If you have time to talk my new number is 917-463-3637
Again thanks/I
