Hi Jeffrey,
Super to meet you! Excellent day. Thanks very much for inviting me.
We seem to have many vision overlaps and a good resonance on strategies.
I'm interested to explore ways to assist you. Let me know what your specific thinking is at the right time for
you.
It is fantastic that you checked Einstein's letter to Michele Besso's widow in the original German!
You obviously are a serious thinker.
Some quick follow-up notes:
On the "Humble Approach Initiative" (research symposia series I created), see:
(for the full list) http://www.templeton.org/humble_approach_initiative/
(for the best one we discussed, at Stanford on the multiverse
idea): http://www.templeton.org/humble%5Fapproach%5Finitiative/Universe%5FMultiverse%5Fhai/
(which had an associated public event):
http://www.templeton.org/humble%5Fapproach%5FinitiativeJUniverse%5FMultiverse%5Flecture/
(and a follow-up meeting, also at
Stanford): http://www.templeton.org/humble_approach_initiative/Multiverse_and_String Theory/index.htm
(and with other meetings involving Martin Rees led to the book, "Universe or
Multiverse?"): http://www.cambridge.org/catalogue/catalogue.asp?isbn=978052 1848411
(one you will i think find quite interesting, on
MUSIC): http://www.templeton.org/humble%5Fapproach%5Finitiative/music/
(at the IAS, honoring
Freeman): http://www.templeton.org/humble%5Fapproach%5Finitiative/Exceptional%5FCreativit
(involving Martin Nowak and other top game-
theorists): http://www.templeton.org/humble_approach_initiative/Games _Groups _God(s)_and_the_Global_G

More than a hundred additional projects, including many conferences and books are referenced, often with
URLs, on my website:
www.Vision-Five.com (for the listings, see the "About Us" section).
On Einstein's view of the nature of time, a useful book with lots of source data references is Palle Yourgrau's:
"A World without Time: The Forgotten Legacy of Godel and Einstein."
(FYI: Jim Holt's review: http://www.newyorker.corn/archive/2005/02/28/050228crat_atlarge )
The physicist Stephon Alexander, whom I described as being in the FQX network is:
http://www.haverford.edu/faculty/salexand
He's a real kick and seems to have the great gift. But I do not know his work very well yet.
Andrei Linde's wife Renata Kallosh (clearly an astonishing genius)
is: http://www.stanford.edu/dept/physics/people/faculty/kallosh_renata.html

On the genius pipeline, supercreativity and math circles, again the book on Bohr & copenhagen I mentioned is
Gino Segre's "Faust in Copenhagen." I found it to be vision-inspiring on the design of supercreativity.
FYI see some of the stuff I organized at Princeton at few years ago honoring von Neumann
on the occasion of 50 years since his death:
http://www.princetonpublicevents.org/
http://www.princeton.edu/piirs/von_neumann_event/docs/pmgram_fina13.pdf
Especially good for historical details, see:
"The starting point for the discussion is The Social Construction of Hungarian Genius, 1867-1930, a paper by Professor
Tibor Frank, an historian of Hungarian exiles."
(on line paper: p://www.princeton.edu/piirs/von neumann event/docs/Tibor Frank vonNeumann paper final.pdf )
On the math teacher at the core of Budapest's supercreativity, Laszlo Ratz, see: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Laszlo Ratz
Again, super to be with you.
Many thanks again!
Allbest,
Charles Harper
