Emad received the pictures and spoke to Randy who explained that the landscaping has gotten so bad and hasn't been maintained properly over the past that it's almost going to take a complete overhaul. Over the weekend Randy sent Emad and I an email stating what he explained to you that "the wild growing sea grapes can be turned into hedges, but with no prior maintenance once cut they will look like sticks for 6-8 months. Probably not full and lush for about a year." Emad writes: Just to reiterate Randy is not willing to risk the long business relationship he has with the boss so he will be willing to step aside in regards to the maintenance if the boss is not happy with what is going on at this time. He is willing to make a recommendation for a different landscaper if need it. He does feel the bad maintenance over the years make it very tuff to bring the property up to JE expectation's without tearing everything out and starting from scratch.
