She said it appeared there are only a couple of monthly bank statements and handwritten documents. We need to send a letter to Mark C. I want all monthly bank statements including the photocopies of cancelled checks, and if any statements are missing I want an explanation in writing why (he destroyed them, threw them away, lost them, etc.). If he fails I want a response in writing that he refuses to comply. Mike also said he was putting everything on Quickbooks. I want those records or an explanation as to why. He filed all corporate tax returns. I want these copies and ALL supporting documents he used to complete these forms. Mark needs to be reminded that I own half the company and am entitled to these records. ALso, Mike is President and was the one who received all records for the company at his office address. Doesn't he have a duty to protect all company records? I want the records or to create a paper trail that establishes I was not a part of any shady dealings he may have done by demonstrating I am in the dark as to the financial status of the company and he is keeping me out of the loop.
