The third eye in many Eastern and Asian religions represents clairvoyance or enlightenment, so after finding a triple lens system from an old video camera which divides white light into three primary colors I decided to construct a custom made robotic skull which uses that component as it's main optical vision system. The skull is actually custom made to fit onto the video component. Next, I plan to add a small (maybe 2") video screen behind the prism (hidden in the back of the head) which will carry video into the eyes themselves. In other words, when you look into the eyes, you will first see what appears small flickering (fairly dim) lights (red, green, and blue), then upon closer examination notice it is actually a small video clip running in each eye.
