the reason I tried to contact you this morning was to discuss whether or not the project is going forward.
Its in both our interests to make a decision as soon as possible and discuss the open issues. In addition, I need to deal with
the logistics including the scheduling of the people who will be involved which includes removing them from any active assign
they may now be working on. Should you decide not to proceed, please understand that I am available to you to fill any role
you may need.
Any changes in my proposal is certainly open for discussion.
