Attached are 2 site plan/floor plan drawings of the Helipad ATV Garage. The plan as drawn by Gensler will
really not work because of the large earth excavation which was done for the Mechanical Building. The
proposed plan keeps the Lobby/Porch element where it was in the original plan and flips the Garage element to
the East and creates an
shape. This also helps to block the wind. I believe that the proposed plan creates a
more enclosed entry court and a nicer experience. Also, there is the option of eliminating the existing Helipad
Building completely and including the Fire/Safety uses within the new building in the `L.' shaped section as
shown on the plan. What do you think?
