The trainer (Judie) gave me a newspaper article about Christina Orr-Cahal - the former PS Norton Museum of Art director. Orr-Cahal was one of Judie's clients and she thought you might know her. His show name is Ravel ( after the French composer) His previous owner was Crosbie Saint who is a retired U.S. Army 4 star general who served as Commander in Chief, U.S. Army Europe/Commander, Central Army Group from 1988 to 1992. He was apparently a great rider and 'treated the horse as a soldier'. Saint is scheduled to leave Florida on the 27th if he is not sold. They told me the boarding costs here would be 1150/month which includes the stall, feeding, shaving, baths and day care. Vaccinations are cca 400yr, shoes teeth cleaning 150/month. They are asking 80 but the lady who owns him just lost a job and can't afford to keep him so she is in a bad position and willing to negotiate. I have not met her but they are describing her as a 6' tall fat lady who just started riding when she first bought him. He is a sweet horse. I rode him last week and he was very responsive and patient with me even when I made mistakes. I will send you another video of him trotting, cantering and jumping. Please let me know what you think.
