The ideal scenario for me and possibly the least complex arrangement would be a simple loan
agreement between us for say 2M (to cover purchase and decoration) for say a period of 2/3
yrs max. Interest at an agreed rate above LIBOR. However, very open to any other method that
you may prefer.
