There is a sub floor installed already and once millwork install occurs then finish floor samples along with stain
selection will be forwarded to you. I confirmed this with Tom M last week.
Once millwork is installed there is still; some final finish work that needs to be done and the floor will be the last thing
to be installed. Millwork will be protected.
