I have an idea, what if we offered Cargill a lease back. We buy it now and let them keep for a specific period of time and then
we get it back off of lease and put it in for Mr Es interior. If we could get it for $22.0 and lease payments I think that is a deal.
If he just hates it then there is no point in it but it is a thought
