the response , needs a introduction , to marra, who would not beleive these things unless they are pointed out in
the clearest of terms i.e If anyone were to read the npa they would have to assume that the gov't provided us
with some evidence of the charges.. WHy else would someone agree to this. a judge woould never assume that
the list of names would be unknown,there claims unknown , and we would have to agree to pay them - if and
when we eventually learned of their names a minimum of 50k without any proof of cliam whatsover.
