Hi Jeffrey-
Our AV consultant has put together a preliminary equipment list. I saw a movie last week
with the Sony digital 4k projector, and the brightness and clarity was excellent. No lint, no grainy
or blurred edges.
The Kaleidescape server can store hundreds of movies, instantly accessible. No changing
dvds.
Regards
Bob

Subject: equipement list
Hi Bob
The following is a first draft of equipment list for the Little St. James screening
room. This is a dynamic list in that it will change according to the custmers
desire and needs. Please take a look and comment.
Projector:
Sony SXRD 4K projector model SRX-R220
( Brochure attached )
EFTA00775426
This projector is a 4K cinema projector capable of 3D content ( with optional lens ). The
server is included with the unit installed in the base along with a UPS backup ( the brochure indicates an
LMT 100 server but the current is the new LMT 200 )
Note: in case 3D is an option considered the screen would need to be a silver screen due to the fact that
sony uses the Real D system. If 3D is not a consideration than instead of using model SRX-R220 a R210
model may be used ( lower light output )

Cinema Speakers:

QSC 4 way stage speakers ( 3 or S depending on configuration )

QSC Amplifiers ( 8 total )

Please Note: In the case where 3D is necessary but a silver screen in unacceptable we would substitute the
Sony projector with one of the following:
Projector:
EFTA00775427
NEC NC1600 2K projector ( DLP )
NEC NC2500S 2K projector ( DLP )
Christie 2000ZX 2K projector ( DLP )
Server:
Dolby 3D system with the following components
DSP showplayer
DSS100 showstore
DFC100 color wheel motor control
NA10 automation unit ( may not be needed depending on Crestron automation unit )
