That is how I deal with people, When I called and spoke to you about my intention to sell the place and ask you to allow me to show it to the prospective buyer, it was specifically a request which you granted and I told you specifically, that should I sell the place I would protect your status as a tenant until the termination of your lease. In your immediate prior e-mail to me, you broached the prospect of negotiation which I was perfectly willing to do. However, if you think that what you have just done is the fair and correct to o lease let me know.
