I appreciate, what Al has done, I told him today that if I were he, I would make no referenceto CAI Tech.It will stir up unnecesary trouble. THe lawsuit against Mc iver is a public record , The settlement is not. McIver saw this posting, and then wrote blasting emails to Kosslyn about AI, and the whole project was stopped. It was not written/posted erroneously at the time, but now it is obviously out of date, as well as many things on that still cached page. Al has not referred to this work again. It is not on his own website at www.illusionworks.org. I do know that it appears on a mis-appropriated page of Al's work by someone unknown in Germany, who took over Al's domain name of illusionworks.com and repeated some of Al's stuff there, added all sorts of other things, which Al has nothing to do with, and Al has been trying in vain for many months now, for them to remove the site, but can not get them too, as they took over the domain when it inadvertently got dropped for a few days earlier this year. In any case, I do know that AI and Kosslyn have been in contact, and the case is closed amicably between them.
