In response, Noam sent an e-mail telling us that we should deal with you on these matters. As a matter of professional responsibility, we want to make sure that the transition of Noam's accounts goes smoothly. Please send us written instructions as to how we should proceed (either signed by Noam or with written evidence of your authori to act on Noam's behal . At our earliest convenience, please contact Isabel Scharmer (at ) to process this transfer; this is a matter of some urgency, as Noam's assets may no longer remain in the Pershing accounts where they are currently held. For our records, we would appreciate it if you would provide us with some information about HBRK Associates and clarification of your role vis-à-vis Noam and his investments (as a registered investment advisor, attorney, accountant or other role). It is our understanding that Noam would like Valeria copied on all correspondence to you and/or Noam.
