Edwards is denied; further, ORDERED that the Court sua sponte modifies its stay order entered on March 20, 2018, to prohibit the circuit court from conducting a trial in the proceeding below until the pending petition for mandamus in 4D18- 762 and the petition for certiorari in 4D18-787 are resolved. In addition, for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of this order, the circuit court shall not enter any order setting a future trial date.
