Apartment 404, Cambridge, Massachusetts, hereby sells, assigns and transfers unto Avnun Noma
Chomsky (the `Buyer) 70 slaves of the common stock of the Longview Corp. (the *Caporationy)
standing in the name of Lucian L. Leapt and Martha P. Leape, on the books of the Corporation
represented by Certificate No. 525, and hereby irrevocably constitutes and appoints the President of
the Corporation's attorney to transfer said stock on the books of the Corporation with MI power of
substitution in the premises.
