Depuis 1997, Nicolas PAPAMILTIADES architecte diplorne de l'Ecole de Paris et Fabrice BOURG architecte diplorne de l'Ecole Boulle de Paris, travaillent ensemble et ont participe a de nombreux projets et interieure, principalement des hotels, des restaurants et des residences. Les realisations (le parcours) Leur premier projet en commun en tant qu'architectes et architectes est la renovation de rhetel Meurice a Paris. Pour cette grande renovation (1997 - 2000), la plus importante depuis 1907, le betiment est mis entierement a nu (seule la façade, les planchers et bien entendu la partie historique du rez-de-chaussee sont conserves) pour etre totalement repense et refait. Nouvelle organisation des chambres et des suites, un pavilion verre et metal est cree sur le toit, decoration de toutes les chambres et suites et creation des grandes suites sur les Tuileries ainsi que des suites Marco Polo et Belle Etoile. Le credo (ridee) Refusant obstinement un style, se detachant des effets de mode et des tendances, Nicolas PAPAMILTIADES et Fabrice BOURG etudient chaque projet comme un projet absolument unique. Tres attaches aux racines, le point de depart de leur travail est le lieu, son histoire et sa culture. Cette appartenance va definir le cceur du projet. C'est le point de depart, it faut suivre ensuite une route.... Le projet, ce lieu futur, sera la maniere de vivre ces espaces, de se deplacer, cet esprit integre a la construction qui le fait vivre et qui cree ces emotions. C'est ce que ron nomme 'same du projet ou encore l'art de « le » vivre. C'est le centre de leur reflexion. II ne s'agit pas seulement de restituer ce patrimoine culturel mais aussi dans la continuite ou en rupture, un regard nouveau pour regenerer cet esprit et faire vivre ces lieux, les fa ire vibrer. Entre ce souvenir et ce rave, c'est la ou se trouve ('ambition de chacune de leurs realisations. 3BIS origins 3BIS is an address. A place where skills meet and merge. Since 1997 architect Nicolas PAPAMILTIADES and interior designer Fabrice BOURG have worked together on numerous architecture and interior design projects, mainly hotels and residential projects. Persistently refusing to be classified in a particular school or style, impervious to passing trends and fashions, Nicolas PAPAMILTIADES and Fabrice BOURG study each project as a unique experience. They believe in going back to the roots - every idea has its origin in the setting, its history and its culture. This determination not to impose a style but to propose an "exercise in style" unique to each project reflects 3BIS's openness and receptiveness to the client's needs. 3BIS expresses itself in a variety of territories, projects and styles in a permanent striving to penetrate and apprehend each new subject. 3BIS essence For over a decade now, assuming the dual role of architects and interior designers, 3BIS has completed projects all over the world. The projects reflect the will to create architectures or spaces with strong personalities; exercises in style that respect a building or a place, while making a client's vision or wishes become reality. 3815 4 PROT3 Fabrice BOURG Né en 1966 Fabrice BOURG quitte Nevers dès ses 15 ans pour intégrer l'école Boulle à Paris où il se forme aux métiers de l'ameublement avec une spécialisation en qualité puis, prolonge au sein de cette même école, sa formation en architecture Il obtient en 1989 un Diplôme Supérieur en Arts Appliqués spécialité architecture Son parcours professionnel est riche auprès de cabinets et architectes à Paris Nicolas PAPAMILTIADES Né à Paris en 1961, Nicolas PAPAMILTIADES quitte Athènes et son Institut Français pour poursuivre ses études -à Paris. Diplômé Architecte dplg en 1987 (projet ) il rejoint le Groupe des Hôtels Concorde et participe à de nombreux projets de rénovation, pour citer les plus importants l'hôtel de Crillon, Lutétia à Paris et Martinez à Cannes. Il quitte le groupe en 1990 pour créer son propre cabinet en architecture et décoration et poursuivre ses projets de rénovation et décoration de boutiques et de restaurants. 3BIS people Born in Paris in 1961, Nicolas PAPAMILTIADES studied at the French Institute in Athens before moving on to study architecture in Paris. With his degree in architecture in hand, in 1987 he joined the Concorde hotel group and took part in numerous renovation projects, not least among them the Crillon and Lutetia hotels in Paris and the Martinez in Cannes. He left the group in 1990 to found his own architecture and design studio focusing on renovation and interior design projects for hotels, boutiques and restaurants. With Fabrice BOURG he set up 3BIS ARCHITECTURE DECORATION. Born in 1966, Fabrice BOURG left his native Nevers at the age of 15 to enter the Boulle design school in Paris, where he specialised in cabinet making and subsequently interior design. In 1989 he obtained a Higher Applied Arts Diploma in interior design. He went on to build up a wealth of experience working with architecture and interior design studios in Paris.
