EFTA00797418 AerSafer FUEL TANK IGNITION MITIGATION SYSTEM AerSafeTM, a fuel tank flammability reduction system developed by AerSale, is one of the few FM approved ignition mitigation means currently available that complies with the Fuel Tank Flammability Reduction (FTFR) rule. The FTFR rule requires fuel tank ignition sources and flammability exposure to be reduced in fuel tanks that are most at risk. The AerSafe system limits the amount of available oxygen that can ignite fuel vapors and prevents sparks from initiating an explosion. It has been tested and developed to exact tolerances to fill the cavity of Boeing and Airbus center fuel tanks. NEW AERSAFE STC CERTIFICATIONS AerSale has a proven track record for STC certification of AerSafe. The AerSafe team has extensive experience adapting AerSafe to new airframe types, and our subcontract partners have demonstrated a commitment to providing rapid support to obtain STC approvals. Does not require maintenance between heavy check visits or special tooling to remove and install the parts. No moving parts to break or overhaul. Requires zero structural changes. • Approved with the Fuel Jettison system activated. • Includes four (4) year warranty from installation.
