Critton, Jr. who, being first duly sworn, deposes and states that: 1. My name is Robert D. Critton, Jr. The statements made in this Affidavit are of my own personal knowledge and if called as a witness I could, and would, testify competently thereto. 2. As a result of a felony investigation of Jeffrey Epstein, in 2008 several civil lawsuits were filed against him. Mr. Epstein retained me to represent his civil interests in those matters. 3. In addition, in late 2009, Mr. Epstein retained me to bring this lawsuit against Scott Rothstein, Bradley J. Edwards and one of the alleged victims relating to their conduct in the victims' litigation. 4. I represented Mr. Epstein in this case until June 10, 2010, when I withdrew and was relieved of my duties. EFTA00797429 5. Since my representation terminated, Mr. Epstein has had multiple counsel represent him in this matter. Recently, Mr. Epstein retained the law firm of Link & Rockenbach, P.A. 6. Link & Rockenbach, P.A. asked to meet with me to discuss the case and to make my files available for review. a S- 5O 7. The 30-40-boxes I have relating to this action and the related victims' actions arc in storage. Before meeting with Link & Rockenbach, P.A. and providing my files, I need to review them to refresh my recollection and remove unrelated or protected information. Unfortunately, I have a very heavy caseload and will not be able to commit the time necessary for these tasks immediately. I estimate I will need at least a month before I will have time to devote to this review. 8. I declare under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct.
