SCOPE:
1. Caulk all screw heads
2. Apply 100 SF allowance of cloth reinforcing tape embedded in flashing compound
3. Coat entire roof with VULKEM ROOF COATING SYSTEM on 15,600 SF
4. Install 120 LF of 7" commercial box gutters with down spouting
5. Provide tarping as necessary to insure that water intrusion is keep to a minimum during
construction
6. Provide all lifts and cranes at complete work
7. Insure work is done according to OSHA safety specs
8. Maintain daily, a clean worksite
9. Provide product specs and shop drawings as necessary
