LSJ Dock Work and Mooring Inspections Proposal 11-26-2018 To: Brice Gordon & The Saint James Group Work Scope: Lighthouse Marine (LHM) will perform an inspection of the 2 existing private moorings located just off of LSJ Dock. LHM will then scrape and clean the piles for the dock located on LSJ. Lastly LHM will removal existing RO Sea Water Intake Screen and replace with the secondary screen provided by LSJ Group. LHM proposes completion of this job to take I 1/2 dive days. Job Cost: * I Day Dive Rate (4)$1950.00 ■ 1/2 Day Dive Rate (g$1175.00 • Dive Day Rates consist of: 2 Divers, Job Supervisor, Captain, Boat, Fuel, Air, and any specialized equipment or tools needed to complete the job.
