EPSTEIN'S APOLOGY TO EDWARDS NEW VERSION: While Mr Edwards was representing clients against me I filed a lawsuit against him in which I made allegations that I came to know were false. Mr. Edwards is an excellent attorney. His aggressive investigation and litigation style were highly effective in the cases he filed against me. The lawsuit I filed was filed in part to cause Mr. Edwards to stop pursuing additional cases against me. It did not work. Despite the lawsuit, he continued to do an excellent job for his clients and through his relentless pursuit succeeded in holding me responsible. Things that I said harmed Mr. Edwards' reputation as a trial lawyer. I now know things that I said when the lawsuit was filed were false. I sincerely apologize for the false and hurtful allegations I made and hope for some foregiveness for this acknowledgment.
