EFTA00803448 ITEM 2 EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND AND BUSINESS EXPERIENCE David Fiszel, 44, is the Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Honeycomb Asset Management LP. Mr. Fiszel was most recently a Portfolio Manager and Managing Director from 2008-2015 at S.A.C. Capital Advisors, an investment management firm, which changed its name to Point72 Asset Management in 2014 and became a family office. Mr. Fiszel specialized in global Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) public and private investments. Previously, Mr. Fiszel was a founding partner at Rhombus Capital Management, a long-short hedge fund, from 2004-2007, served as a Portfolio Manager at S.A.C. from 2000-2003, and was a partner at Omega Advisors, a multi-strategy hedge fund, where he oversaw the firm's Media and Telecommunications investments from 1996-2000.
