RE: Proposal for Slab Extension and Retaining Wall LSJ Maintenance Building and workshop Dear Mr. Henkel; Apex Construction Co., Inc. is pleased for the opportunity to quote you on the concrete slab extension and retaining wall for the above referenced project and as detailed in drawings by Jaredian Design Group dated 9/15/15. We propose to perform the work listed below inclusive of materials, labor, equipment and supervision for the sum of Two Hundred and Fourteen Thousand Five Hundred and Eighty Six Dollars ($214,586.00). The scope of work is listed below: Construct 105 LF Retaining wall Construct nineteen (19) Fl pier footings Form and pour 240 LF of B1 grade beams Form and pour 240 LF of B2 grade beams Construct 7" thick structural slab extension • Construct nineteen (19) pier columns Form and pour trench drains and oil pits Specifically excluded from this proposal are; (1) all excavation and backfill (2) all sea and land transportation (3) concrete testing (4) concrete pumps if needed.
