Work To Be Performed After thorough cleaning, management and Big Lee Inc. would recalculate exact measurements and what exactly needs to be done with more transparency. Master Bedroom (21x21x8) = 26,460 gallons. Pump out and clean only cost $2500.00, if thoroseal is needed the cost will be 26,000 gallons x 0.30C = $7,800.00 materials and labor. Maintenance Building Three (3) cisterns (40x50x13) = 195,000 gallons each. To pump out and clean each of those cisterns cost $4,900.00 each. If resealing is needed the cost will be 195,000 x 0.30C = $58,500 each. (Subject to a good discount due to the large capacity) will discuss with management. Flag Pole Capacity is under 20,000 gallons. Basic cleaning cost $1200.00, if resealing is needed minimum cost for material and labor work is $2500.00. Great Cistern Cistern Capacity (8x10x54) = 32,400 gallons. Basic cleaning cost $3,000.00, if thoroseal is needed the cost will be 32,400 gallons x 0.30C cost $9,720.00. Cabana #3 Capacity (16.6x16.6x8) = 16,535 gallons. Basic cleaning cost $2500.00, if resealing is needed the cost will be 16,535 gallons x 0.30C cost $4,960.00. 2Cabana #2 Capacity (17x17x8) = 17,340 gallons. Basic Cleaning cost $2500.00, if resealing is needed the cost will be 17,340 gallons x 0.30C cost $5,202.00. Cabana #1 Capacity (16.6x24.6x8) = 24,501 gallons. Basic cleaning cost $2500.00, if resealing is needed the cost will be 24,501 gallons x 0.30C = $7,350.00. Great St. James (GST) Capacity (19x19x9) = 24,367 gallons. 2 of 3 EFTA00805150 Proposal Basic cleaning cost $1900.00, if resealing is needed the cost will be 24,367 gallons x 0.30C cost $7,310.00. Great St. James Master Bedroom Capacity (13.5x13.5x8) = 11,097 gallons. Basic cleaning cost $2500.00, if thorosealing is needed the cost will be 11,097 gallons x 0.30C = $3,329.00. Great St. James #3 Cistern Capacity (19x19x7) = 24,367 gallons. Basic cleaning cost $2500.00, if resealing is needed the cost will be 24,367 gallons x 0.30C = $7,310.00. Great St. James #4 Cistern Capacity (15x15x8) = 15,500 gallons. Basic cleaning cost $2500.00, if resealing is needed the cost will be 15,500 gallons x 0.30C = $4,650.00. Note: EPA recommends ALL CISTERNS BE CLEANED AND SEALED ATLEAST EVERY 10 YEARS. However, sometimes we may gain a longer period based on the application. Please be advised, if any cistern needs to be thoroseal, there is an average of FOURTEEN (14) DAYS OUT OF COMMISSION. Due to the fact that it is two (2) days for thorosealing: One (1) day each coat with a minimum of seven (7) days for curing purposes. Then we have to rinse the cistern thoroughly. Anytime less than that will affect the warranty procedure. During our 31 years of doing this type of work we have seen it all, so please let us take our time completing this process and plan it right.
