Edwards' Motion to Permit Bradley J. Edwards to Take the Limited Deposition of Jeffrey Epstein (cr. 19:19-20:2), hereby provides notice to the Court and parties that Plaintiff Jeffrey Epstein does not plan to testify at Counter- Plaintiff Bradley Edwards' malicious prosecution trial. In light of the foregoing, and in accordance with the Court's ruling, Epstein therefore does not plan to answer questions at his deposition about which materials he plans to use to testify at trial. If a decision is made in the future that Epstein will testify at the counter-claim trial, Epstein will make himself available for deposition on this limited issue.
