Dinnerware, tablecloths and bed, bath and pool linen included for residents. Compulsory conditions not included Chef: it is agreed that a referenced Chef has to be present for any meal consumed in the Château by the residents. The menus and the food's purchases will be directly agreed between the customers and the Chef. Waiters : one or two waiters have to be present for any meal taken in the château by the residents, as well as for any service requests during the day (beverages, foods and so on). The waiters are not included in the present quote. Kitchen washer : the presence of a kitchen washer is mandatory for any meal taken at the Château. The washer is not included in the present quote. The copy of a civil liability insurance (for the parties and the residents) has to be established. The presence of a baby sitters every 2 children under 12 years of age is mandatory during the stay of the clients and during the events. For the final cleaning and restoration please contact the cleaning company CAESAR NETTOYAGE. Other conditions The dispatching of the suites has to be communicated to the Château at least 15 days before the event. Departures and arrivals of the guests residents have to be communicated to the Château at least 15 days before the event. Payment terms 50% of the totality at the signature of the contract, and the balance 60 clays before the arrival. Deposit 50 000 Euros by check to provide one month before the event (not cashed) and given back after state of places.
