AGREED ORDER ALLOWING RETURN OF ORIGINAL FILES TO FOWLER WHITE THIS MATTER came before the Court upon the agreement of Jeffrey Epstein ("Epstein") and Fowler White Burnett ("Fowler White") concerning the return of Fowler White's original files. The Court, being advised of the agreement of Epstein and Fowler White, and being otherwise advised in the premises, it is hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that: 1. Epstein and his counsel, Link & Rockenbach, PA, are hereby released from the Court's March 8, 2018, oral ruling directing Link & Rockenbach to retain Fowler White's 36 original boxes of Epstein-related files. 2. Link & Rockenbach shall return the 36 original boxes to Fowler White, at Fowler White's expense, with the exception of the disc that is the subject of this Court's April 6, 2018, Agreed Order Directing Clerk to Seal Filings and the documents that were contained with that disc in Fowler White's files. Upon transfer of the 36 original boxes to Fowler White's courier, Link & Rockenbach shall have no further duty, obligation or control to maintain those records. 4. Fowler White is ordered to preserve all 36 boxes in their exact condition and shall not destroy or remove any documents absent further order of this Court. 5. This Order is not intended to make a determination of which documents and files contained within Fowler White's 36 original boxes are considered "property of the client" nor to forego Epstein's right to request his client files from Fowler White in the future pursuant Florida Rule of Professional Conduct 4-1.16(d) should he elect to do so.
