These Motions will be referenced at the hearing on July 6 regarding the time frame within which the parties can be ready for trial, as Mr. Epstein will need for you to comply with the Trial Court Order regarding you witness and expert witness lists, and once you do, discovery may ensue regarding the actual persons you list thereon.
