It's still under construction but will be ready by November 1st. They are putting cabinets in; bathrooms etc... Flooring is all white large marble slabs. The photos in the mis are renderings. Furniture is already ordered by designer. Views outstanding; impact glass doors enclose balcony. It will be beautiful. I called Tina the agent on El Brillo and she said that she sent an email and called owner about a possible rental. She asked for how many months and I said it would most likely be a seasonal rental. She thought they would probably say no because they really want to sell. She said it's still available and no offers at this time.
