Subject to getting a sign-off from you and Jeffrey I would like to do this as soon as possible. I would like to try to hire her for $300K, which is roughly $150K less than what Rich Joslin gets. (As an aside -- and as I believe I mentioned - - she was one of the two "finalists" for the original position which was filled three years ago when RJ was hired, i.e., Jeffrey did sign off on her once previously). Her starting date would be 11/1/16 although, if we wanted, we could begin to integrate her into information flow earlier under her NDA. She has high net worth individual and famil tax expertise, worked in a family office/hedge fund (Bruce Kovner of Caxton... Leon, you were right) and, hoping, can take over many of John Castrucci's admin functions overtime. Leon, do you want to meet her? Jeffrey can I set something up for you? Thanks. - From my perspective, it is imperative the three of us get on the same page with respect to timing and the scope of bringing EY on and how they will interact with Tom.
