My mom has been renting this apartment in order to pay the loan. And now we agreed that if I take over paying the bank loan, I can move into that apartment and live there on my own. Isn't that awesome?? This year with your help I can pay the loan with the money you give me for the rent and after one year I will continue paying it on my own. and when I finish paying bank loan the apartment will be my property.
