We need to figure out what exactly Joscha does in order to form a new company for him, who will be joining the company, what types of salaries need to be funded (i.e. amounts) and the like. This needs to be done ASAP. Has there been any discussion with anybody about this stuff? I am assuming that Joscha will return my request that he call me, but can you gently suggest that we need him to participate in this process?
