She is very nice and really naive. She is definitely not our outside rep and not ready for a store sales associate role at this point. She wants to design, not really sell, but assuming we can get her over that hurdle we will need a fair amount of training to get her ready. I can see her as a showroom assistant where she is learning the business while assisting our sales team, and once up to speed on the product can sell on her own. At that point she may be able to get out of the showroom and start making client calls. She, for her part, did not show any inclination to want to do any of this. She was thinking this was some type of design role, and while our team does some of that, it is only in conjunction with selling product. We can definitely hire her, as I noted, but in a different capacity than you indicated. On a separate note I met Jane Hains today and she is all set for a limited time, (30 day), discount and was ecstatic that she was introduced to Asma and the store.
