I like his personally over the phone in many Conversations. During early stages Matt showed good interest in our position, he knew possible starting Salary was $150k Matt informs his base salary after 4 years is $160k plus profit-sharing, 401K, annual bonus of 10%. His company also participates in Health Saving Account, which provides a $5k Visa card that's used to pay co/Pay for Doctor visits, ($1,000 per family member, he has 3 kids). He informs he wouldn't be interested unless salary was $200k+ -I crossed him off our list. Tomorrow I'm using Alex Bamych for our Bedford-LSJ trip, during today's test flight, Alex impressed me with his Quick familiarization of our cockpit, he flys a G450 and Challenger 601.
