As such, on 365 days, the typical amount of time served is 10 months. Usually, there is an opportunity to become a trustee at the jail. In his guilty plea, did he plead to ... one count each of soliciting prostitution and procuring a person under 18 for prostitution? Also, was he sentenced to prison for 18 months? And did he serve 12 or 13 of those months?
