Your friendship matters a lot to me. Incidentally, I had supper earlier this week with the developer of Bab Atlas, Roberto Rossi at his extraordinary home just next to Dar Olfar. He is completing another of these mega villas in a couple of months. But he wants crazy money. The Qataris paid him 50 million Euros for his last home, Dar Olfar is asking 65m, so I guess the new me will be in that order of magnitude. I still think you would be better off building your own home. For El Om you could construct something very special.indeed. It might not be quite up to the extraordinary detail of Ben Ennakhil, but at least it would be designed to exactly your specification. Interestingly Roberto told me that his present home, which is very impressive, took just 18 months to build. Needless to say I would be happy to oversee this for you.
