The asphalt could start the following week, 10/26, and if you permit the project to extend into the first week of November, Better Roads may be able to complete 40% of the asphalt work - they would begin at the Kite House area and work their way out. I am scheduled to speak with Mr. Justin of Justin Brothers about his preliminary numbers tomorrow. He picked up the plans last Friday, but was not ready on Monday when I called him. He said Thursday and will also let me know when he can go out to see the site.
