Accordingly, we would be grateful if you could supply the following: 1. An indication of which items in the attached schedule were consumed in the flooding or discarded afterwards and which items remain available for any inspection. Please note nothing further should be discarded if it is being included in the claim; 2. Location of each claimed item at the time of loss; 3. Who will be made available to provide a recorded statement with regards to the disappearance of the loose diamond stones; As part of the claims process, we will require the following records: 1. Pre-loss photographs of the claimed fine art and decorative fine arts being claimed under the policy. If these are not in the collector's records, they can likely be obtained from the dealers who sold the items to Mr. Epstein; 2. Post-loss photographs of the items if available; 3. Copy of any pre-loss inventory in which the items appear; 4. Copies of any conservation or appraisal reports prepared before or after the loss for the claimed items; 5. Invoices recording the purchase of the claimed items. 6. GIA certificate for the loose stones pending they are certified.
