Please see the attached estimate. The contractor can begin on Monday and he said that it would take about a week and a half, not including weekends. We will need for him to take the walls down and stop while we get Reefco to provide the mold remediation services and then the contractor will come back to put the new walls up. Please note that this estimate is for labor only. Sylvester, from LSJ, brought 11 sheets of dry wall and other materials last week which are stored on site.
