Lee came by and took pictures as well. I'm going to share the Reefco estimate with him and he said he will put
something together to send to "the powers that be" so that a decision can be made. He did not express anything
about it not being AYH's responsibility but he did seem to indicate that he thought it was from our AC units not the
leaks from the roof. Either way, they said that it needs to be addressed ASAP.

We are hoping that one or two of the workers on the Island would be able to remove and replace the dry wall, if
it's ok with you. Reefco will come in afterwards to remove and mitigate and their estimate is $3,476.50 (see
