I'm going to share the Reefco estimate with him and he said he will put something together to send to "the powers that be" so that a decision can be made. He did not express anything about it not being AYH's responsibility but he did seem to indicate that he thought it was from our AC units not the leaks from the roof. Your office and Una's office has some moisture mold on the interior walls due to the AC and that can be remedied by wiping the walls down with a special solution.
