AYH would like to extend the payment to Reefco in order to get this done. However, as David explained, he suggested to Southern Trust that they replace the air handlers and duct work, or this will be only a temporary solution. David also stated the any roof leaks were taken care of even before my tenure here. I would propose that southern Trust have the necessary corrections made to the air-conditioning system, then after that we can have the mold portion completed and replace any damaged ceiling tiles.
