Dave, from Reefco said that the mold is in the walls of two offices (Jeanne and mine) and that at least the top half of the sheet rock in each office will need to be removed, cleaned and replaced. He advised us to keep our doors open until the problem is fixed. Your office and Una's office has some moisture mold on the interior walls due to the AC and that can be remedied by wiping the walls down with a special solution. We are hoping that one or two of the workers on the Island would be able to remove and replace the dry wall, if ifs ok with you. Reefco will come in afterwards to remove and mitigate and their estimate is $3,476.50 (see attachment). Let me know if you approve. With warm regards, Cecile EFTA00851408
