These permits were filed by Hoffman not IGY as the owner if that dock. Because of the delay, We are waiting until after hurricane season for repairs of p dock. Recall that the repairs to that dock were going to guide us on the other docks. Also we applied for a federal infrastructure grant at ayh and we hear on the award in September. We are also in conversation with bppr on an extension. Sorry - it's island time there and it's very hard when the government is involved in any capacity.
