There is a break in period for that . We usually expect 2 weeks for the customer to come back for a final tune. This will increase the Volume and bass quite a bit. Whatever we have to do to make him happy with the sound should not be an issue at all. We do need some input on what he thinks is lacking.. EXAMPLE. More low end, More midrange ETC. Also not sure which radio he is using. There is a black button to switch between front radio/rear radio. Also you can adjust the system by the black knob it has two ways.. I think it's more that he does not know how to use the new sound system or adjust things to his ear. It would be best for us to gather more info and or show him in person . We took the approach of a stealth system keeping everything like factory. This actually takes more work to achieve. Because of lack space it's more of a challenge. Stinger Power cable/Fuses/wire 10. 20 plus hours of labor to make custom radio panel/wire/install speakers/x-overs/sound Tune 11. 5 sheets of acoustic sound damping by STP 12. Audio Switcher 13. custom made sub enclosure to be stealth Fabricated in House We will do what it take to tune and adjust to his Ear and or replace equipment if needed..
