I wish to confirm scope of work regarding the grading at the Log Cabin Grading
My understanding from our last conversation was that you wish to flatten the entrance and the area facing north
towards Santa Fe.
To achieve the required grade on the north eastern portion, we will need to be raised/back fill an estimated 7'.5"
ft. above grade.
To do this a rock with wooden beam support wall will need to be constructed to support the back fill.
Is this what you had in mind.
