On Friday, May 1, 2015, Martin Weinberg <I I> wrote: Spoke with FBI Liaison: FBI FOIA finished their review, redactions etc, but it gets sent to a "reviewing" agency that is FBI Southern Fla which has the 2d batch and is reviewing to protect 3d party privacy interests given that the FBI files include so many 3d parties. Cannot promise how long review will take, hopes for May release. Given that it is only a production for 1 person without public interest in how govt works there is no basis to expedite according to Liaison. I will call him for update in 2d week of May but absent a lawsuit which will disclose to others that we are in process of getting the files that Govt is protecting in CVRA from jane Does there is little we can do to expedite.
