I think that as in the past corporations were focused on stockholders only, and maximinzing profits. they are now focused on stakeholders. . the community, the employees. the suppliers. Frankly , that is much more a military point of view. , and the military needs to be more usulalluy corporate focus on cost benefits. Security is now a concern, cyber security of course . sercuirty of their brand their personal and their information. I have been fortunate to be shown opportunties to run major co.s. and of course sit on their boards. I enjoy strategy, and strategic planning, and at the same time am AMAZED by the rate of which technology has moved into the private sector. We of course have had a technological focus in israel for many years. mostly computation. now biology and its genetic advances are changing the landscape faster than most can imagine.
